Dosthoffska huset was built in 1766 by gardener Kristian Dosthoff. Just over 100 years later, in 1860, the house was bought by Carl Gustaf Björn, who was also a gardener – and a member of parliament. The house was later inherited by his son Carl Fredrik Björn who built an impressive garden at the house. Dosthoffska huset is positioned by Björns trädsgård (Bear's Garden) and is managed by the Södergården Association. Nearest tube station is Medborgarplatsen.
