The Phases is an experimental electronic concert in performing arts embodiment. At the heart there is a crisis, a broken link between thought and body, caused by poisonous stress. In chronological order we follow The Brain/The Superego and The Body/The Id through three states - Pre Phase, Acute Phase and Recovery Phase.

The Phases intertwine sound, choreography, symbols and visuals and is an exploration of portraying and embodying an illness (burnt out syndrome/Utmattningssyndrom).
