Ode to Dance is a dance and sound performance. With gravel, a cassette player, an electric bass and a loop machine, Sara builds up rhythms and distorted soundscapes to which she dances. She performs a tribute to dance through a rhythmic improvisation of carefully selected movements. Different spatialities arise - layers are added to layers, movements sprout from within and pierce the body while vibrations from the bass are felt in every cell.
